This thread is too funny. I think people of all shapes and sizes have *AHEM* of all shapes and sizes. I think having too much testosterone isn't always a BAD THING. It can cause increased SEX DRIVE, which wouldn't hurt most women.

Mine are really long but except for a few years in my early teens I've never been bothered by them. I've realised there really is no such thing as normal, we all looks different down there just as we have different size boobs, noses, different hair colour and such. Through my years in Med school and working in L&D during summers I've seen a lot of vaginas and I can tell you very few women look like they do in the anatomy books.
And as far as men goes, I really don't think they care. I've slept with over 40 men (yes, I was quite the slut during the first years of University) and no one has ever been bothered or commented on my big labia.
I have this also and always thought i was abnormal. It never seemed to bother my husband but it does me. I wonder if PCOS does play a role in it to some extent.
Mine are larger. I used to be really embarresd by them because I didn't think it was "normal". I remember telling a female friend of mine that I wasn't normal "down there" and she just laughed at me. I had my husband the first time he saw them say how impressed he was with it and I couldn't have been happier.

Wow...so many people with one long and one short. I too am like that. I have one very long inner labia that sticks out and is sometimes painful (ESPECIALLY right before my period and during my period...that is just AWFUL if it bumps anything because it is soooo sensitive then) and one very short stubby inner labia.

OMG! I am so thrilled to see this post (misery loves company, right?) -- thrilled but at the same time almost in tears. In all the things I've read about PCOS I've never heard this before.
When I was a teenager I was really and truly horrified and scared that I was a hermaphrodite. I really didn't know what was wrong with me! I read all the library books I good (no Internet back then).
Thank god only 1 partner ever made a comment about this (by then I was 30). My husband mercifully has never said anything. But of course I'm with him 10 yrs and still very self-conscious about this. Porn stars don't have this that I've ever seen though Vinaria said she saw this. No one in puberty books has this. I really thought I was a weirdo. I wondered what would happen if I just tried to take a cleaver to them. I also am very lopsided.
I used to experience some pain from this and a need to "tuck," but luckily this seems to have improved with age (maybe they're desensitize now, b/c they certainly aren't smaller).
I've got the huge outer lips. They are really really starting to bother me a lot. As for the inner lips, they are almost non-existant.
Me too!!!! They don't bother me but they get kinda annoying during sex. I always thought I was "normal" and that everyone looked like me until I saw porn lol.
Anyone else notice too, if you've lost weight and gained it back or kept it off, that they don't shrink? They just get kinda saggy? I hate it!!!
You know, they have work-out machines for every other muscle group, why not something for the other set of lips?
