Default Do you have to pay for CD21 blood test? (Aus)

A friend mentioned she had to pay ($100) for her CD21 blood test as it was a hormone blood test and it wasn't bulk billed. I think she can claim some of it back from medicare though.

For anyone in Australia, did you have to pay?
