I am getting ready to start 4 capsules of Hyponidd/day and 4 capsules of 500mg cinnammon/day. I was wondering what time of day or at what mealtimes you take these supplements and if it matters? I think the jar on the cinammon tablets says to take with food.

Hi Tracy

As Ive mentioned many times in the hyponidd post, you shouldnt take all 4 of each tablets immediately, itll can make you very sick.

You must start slowly and add the dose as you go along. Id start with 1 tablet of each with lunch and dinner and see if you can tollerate that. If not cut out one herb. If you are feeling well, Id add another tablet of each hyponidd and cinnamon a week later and carry on like that.

NYER

You need to definately take hyponidd on an empty stomach. No food 30 min. prior or after. You can probably get away with drinking warm water with your dose and eating in about 20 min. because it does dissolve almost completely in a glass of water with vinegar in that time.
