Default Doc appt tomorrow - need advice (ttc mentioned)

So, I'm going to see OBGYN tomorrow for the first time after my D&C in August. It has taken months to get the appointment so I am nervous that I won't get time to ask all of my questions or that if I bring too many things up he'll think I'm a hypochondriac. Here are the things I would like to ask about. Any advice on what I should say and which ones are more important to ask?

* sharp pain in lower right abdomen
* pain in both hips - hinders workouts, even walking
* i would like to try an increased dose of met for awhile (currently on 1500)
* if I ever get pg again, what about progesterone testing/supplements?
* last month, AF was 4 or 5 days late, I usually have a 30 day cycle
* need bloodwork done for met
* any more aggressive TTC options? I know he will probably try to put me on the pill, but it does BAD things to me. I don't know if I need to try things like IVF/Clomid because I got pg without them last summer, but I was in better health then
* mucus staining in the middle of my cycle since D&C
* and I get depressed sometimes. I still can't stand being around pg ladies or babies

Thanks!

I think each and every point you mention is important. You are the one that is paying your dr. He/she works for you! Don't feel rushed or ashamed that you have several questions or things you want to discuss. Make sure you write them down and take them with you. This way when you are faced with the dr. you won't forget anything you want to talk about. I wish you the best of luck and never let a dr. push you out until you have all the answers you need!
