Everyone woman differs with PCOS. Some woman have PCOS and have 3 children convieved natural. I wouldnt base your Dx off that, but your doctor should have ran your LH and FSH as well IMO. Are you IR?? and what was the level of your testosterone. Some woman have everything normal but high testosterone.
