I am looking for a doctor in the Austin or Temple area that is familiar with PCOS and can actually HELP me.

My current gyn seems pretty clueless.

I lived in Austin for a year and I highly recommend Dr. Melanie Spindler. I got her recommendation from this website. She's an endo at Austin Diagnostic Clinic. She was excellent. She put me on Metformin which helped me lose weight and she recommended me to Texas Fertility Center when I didn't conceive. Hope this helps.

I know you posted this a while back. But I see Dr. Patrick Pevoto, his practice is in the building behind NAMC, he's very knowledgeable about PCOS and all the different aspects. and he also specializes in infertility too. HTH
