 Doctor in Edmonton, AB????
Can anyone recomend a doctor in Edmonton? I haven't had a regular doctor since I was 19 and she was not helpful and overbooked. It seems very few doctors accept new patients. The only doctor I can find is at a medicentre and there is only so much he could do for me. I was seeing a gynie but he only comes with one perspective, the gynie management of pcos with bcp. He is overbooked too. I am frustruated cause it seems noone has taken the time to really go over all my blood results with me, moniter me since starting treatment, and find a treatment option that addresses my symptoms. There has been no follow up on why my cortisol is high. I would like to know if I am making any progress since being diagnosed. I had a referral to an endocrinologist but he was too backed up to see me so I still feel in the dark. The treatment I was prescribed was from the endo who assumed I was overweight and it made things worse for me. I am now on herbal treatment but I feel like crap. My period which was consistent before going on the pill, is three weeks late. |
