I was just wondering if any ladies brought up natural or herbal therapy with their doctors? I was wanting to try some of the things that I have been reading about but I don't know what the doc would say. Also did you go to a herbalist so they could help you with the types you should use and in what quantity?
I am unsure of just running out and buying something and finding that it doesn't work or does some weird things to me and my body.

I definitely think seeing a naturopath is a good idea. I never bothered mentioning natural therapies to my traditional doctors though. I really couldn't be bothered with 'the looks' they give you which plainly says 'what a load of ****'.

That was my first thought jenna. He would probably look at me like I ws crazy. How do you go about looking for a naturopath? I don't think I know anyone who has ever gone to one before.

It's really easy here because they are everywhere. Maybe put a question here on the alternative forum and see if there is anyone can recommend one in your area??

I actually just looked in the yellow pages and also asked around at work, with friends and family.
Got some good reviews of 1 Naturopath so that is who I am seeing now.
