 doctor in Northern VA
Any suggestions for an endocrinologist in northern virginia (Alexandria, Arlington, Springfield) or even in DC. I am thankful that I don't need a fertility specialist - been there, done that, had a great experience -- two healthy boys!), but I would like to find someone who has some info about PCOS. I also am having depression/anxiety/ miagranes and insomnia issues and I just feel like a lot of it is related to PCOS...but, most doctors I've even mentioned this idea to tell me I'm crazy or imagining things...
I'm not even sure if an endocrinologist is who I should go to next? I'm definitely feeling passed around by the medical system and no one knows quite what to do with me. (I'm currently seeing a psychiatrist and a nuerologist for my miagranes, but I don't react to most meds the way most people do -- anybody else have any experiences like this.
All thoughts and any suggestions would be much appreciated!
