Hi! Just wondering if I should see a RE or just an endo if I am not trying to get pregnant? We have one RE in my area (SWFL- Dr. Sweet) but I have heard he's really unpleasant to deal with. Will a general endo have the knowledge? Thanks!
If you are not right now planning on getting pregnant I would suggest an Endo. Just ask to see if he is familiar with PCOS and treats women with PCOS. I currently go to an Endo and love him (I am not TTC). He also said that he can manage me when I do decide to get pregnant and will only go to an RE if I can not conceive on Metformin and Clomid.

I am currently Not TTC and i only see an Endo, unfortenetly I need a new one because the guy i see could care less. But that is besides the point hehe, you should be just fine seeing a regular Endo. Take care.
