Unhappy Doctors

Granted my new doctors are great and are very proactive about treating but last week I found out that I am Diabetic (docs have been going back and forth on this dx) and that the Glucophage XR has caused my hemoglobin to go down to a 4.6 (women are supposed to be between 12-14) and that my liver enzymes have risen quite rapidly. I had only been on the XR for about a month when I found this out. Has anyone else had this problem?
