well i am on cycle day 54 i believe my ovaries are just killing me. they have been hurting both of them for about 3 weeks. i know i didn't ovulate either. doesn anyone know what this could be from. i am having an u/s on friday to see if i have any big cysts in there. tia

Sometimes they go away, either on their own or with the help of medication like BCPs. Sometimes they rupture. And sometimes you can have surgery to remove them. I think it all depends on how big/painful they are.

i am sitting here on day 59 with horrible pain as well. and my last 6 cycles were at 28-34 days. ughhhhhhh and i HATE The pill. i refuse to take it. i feel awful the whole month instead of however long i'm late.
The last cyst i had they give me Septra and it went away .........so far knock on wood i haven't had any pain in a few days maybe it was just me ovulating and not a cyst .......Hope you feel better soon *S*
