I get alot of acne under my breast, on my stomach (where my pants go), on my butt, the back of my legs and in between my thighs. Does anyone else have this problem?? I get huge boils in these areas also. Really painful ones. In between my thighs is the worst. No kidding I probably have at least a hundred blackheads on each inner thigh and believe it or not I actually get acne on my vaginal lips. Those sometimes get really painful. I shower regualrly and I do everything that I can but it seems that nothing works. I am beginning to think that they will never go away. This is very embarrassing. Any info that anyone has would be greatly appreciated....

All I can say is that I have the same problem as you. I don't know if you are overwight but I am and I think that is the cause. I could be wrong though. Sorry you have these problems too, and sorry I couldn't really help you.

Yes, I am overweight also. My doctor told me that I am prone to this kinds of acne because it is congenital. But I dont see how. I actually dont have alot of acne on my face just blackheads really. NOTHING helps. I cant wait till I lose enough weight that some of my symptoms fix themselves.

I also have those problems. I also get real bad boils in my pubic hair and on my vaginal lips too. I have had to go to the ER and have them cut open ... thats considered a surgery and I didn't have to pay the $50 co~pay to the ER.

I found that since I have been on metformin that this has really settled down for me! I only get the occasion boil now! They are very painful and gross!

Where do you live? I never got acne much, especially on my tender parts until I moved to the Houston area....the humidity and heat can produce some major acne problems!!! I use ProActiv Body scrub in the shower...it really works for me. I have also been using Gold Bond powder after my showers (between thighs and under breasts) and it has seemed to help.
I know what you all are going through...I have a ginormous crator on the inside of my upper thigh thanks to a 2 inch wide boil that took months to go away....*sigh* as if the beard and extra weight didn't make me feel ugly enough already!

I live in ohio where we do have some pretty bad humidity. It's terrible. I think that even if I do get it to all go away that it will still leave scars. I hate it. It's so irritating. Maybe I will try the Proactive. It seems like it would help.
