Default Does anyone have any good Atkin's friendly recipes?

DH and I are on Day 4 of the Induction diet (only allowed 20 grams of carbs a day) and I'm already at a loss about what to cook. I have the meat/cheese part down, but I don't know what to serve with it. I'm so used to making potatoes or pasta or rice that I don't know what to make as side dishes and our meals are consisting of mostly meat, cheese & salad. That's NO carb, which isn't good either. Any ideas are greatly appreciated!

What about something like Shrimp Scampi, green beans and salad? My experience with Atkins is that 20 carbs doesn't get you very far. I mostly stuck to green veggies.

Maybe broccoli with cheese sauce? And a steak?

How about an omelette? Or a crustless quiche? That would be really good with salad too.

I used to eat a lot of salads with 'atkins friendly' dressing and lots of chicken, or smoked salmon.

Add some diced boiled egg, a few chopped nuts or crumbled bacon for crunch, maybe some blue cheese...yum!
