 Does anyone have horrible neck/back tension?
I have no idea what the connection between my back and endocrine system is but I notice when I don't eat like I should (I had some cake yesterday) my entire back cramps up. In the night last night I woke up and It felt like my head had been crammed onto my neck, if that makes any sense. I also have not been doing my routine exercise. Is there a chiropractor on the site that knows anything about the neck/back tension issues? It is the oddest thing. Wish I knew why!
