Does anyone have this problem???? (TMI)

Hi, I have been spotting for months. I am waiting to get in to see the doctor. It seems that the spotting will stop for a day or two and then I will be intimate and then I start spotting heavier all over again...... has this happened to anyone? got any suggestions? It is getting very frustrating

I am experencing this right now af started about 3 weeks ago and left about a week after but Ive been spotting ever sence. I did this when I had had lost some weight and my diet was better (low carbing it) then had another problem at the same time Im gonna guess its hormone related because I just started takeing metformin a little over a month ago and its just my body getting used to doing what its supposed to do. How long has it been sence you went to the gyn and had a regular pap done? and have you ever had polyps before? I had them on my cervix and every time I was intimate they would bleed but only like a day. I know its frustrating I am also at my whits end with all of it.
