After I got off the pill, my cycles were every 28 days like clockwork for over a year. That's how I managed to get pregnant with this one -- counted to 14 and whammo....

Mine are fairly regular as long as my thyroid levels are ok.

Mine is not regular at all, right now it's probably once every 2.5 months or so. It gets closer when I lose weight.

Yes, I'd say that probably 10 months out of the year it starts on day 26 like clockwork. Every once in a while it's a couple days earlier or later. But it has been that way for the past two years since I have started charting it. It finally regulated when I got off the pill and onto the Metformin and Spironolactone. With the pill it was nowhere near regular.

Mine are pretty much like clockwork, but I hardly bleed at all (my doctor insists that it isn't a problem) and I get the worst, most painful PMS in the world...met does help the PMS symptoms a little

sometimes I just want to cut all my girl parts out..lol.

I have my period every 28 days, but super painful cramps and hot flashes the first day. The only time my periods have ever been off was a little over a year after not taking any birth control. Once I took provera and got back on the pill, they were better. They are only about 2-3 days though

Mine are "perfect" (whatever that is) too. They are 28 days and bam almost to the minute. I wa slike you though I went w/o a monthly period for years then when I turned 21 I amazingly became regular again. I do have a "bleed" but I do not always O. My body gears up for the "BIG O" and then the eggie can't escape because my ovaries are "hard" and cyst covered(at least that what my Dr. and I think). I will be getting my ovaries drilled prior to TTC again.

surprisingly, my periods have regulated themselves in the last 6months... I decided to cut my met in 1/3... it was making me too sick... and now I'm rarely more than a day or two off. On BCP, I'm clockwork, off- until now- it's always been VERY unpredictable (sometimes 6mo's without AF.) Painful cramps didn't start happening until after DS was born... never had PMS before then!!

Me too!!! Mine are 28-30 days apart and I barely bleed but the pain in terrible. I burn up, cramp, backache and usually a migraine too. I try to arrange my social calendar around my menstrual cycle!

So weird I have PCOS and so does my sister, but she has not had a period for 6yrs...

Default Im regular too

Hi all. I have been getting my period regularly for the last 12 months since started taking BCP and Met together. But this last year I did have a period that lasted 105 days during spring/summer time. I started taking higher dose of Met and it became regular again.
