Yes yes yes yes. I have these things too and was diagnosed with Leaky gut as well. I have found many things that have help.
Taking a digestive enzyme helps with leaky gut. Making sure you use the most natural products you can for environmental allergies and such and not allowing a doctor to talk you into any steriod/cortisone treatments for the allergies. Some believe that it is these and antibiotics that cause the sensitivities in the first place, throwing your internal balance of good to bad bacteria off. Please send me a personal message if you need more info. I have had thse for 6 years now and have had to find healthy ways to cope.
GOOD LUCK!

I too have horrible food allergies but i have never heard of environmental illness, what is it exactly? It seems like as i get older my allergies are getting worse not better.

Actually environmental allergies are not too disimilar to regular seasonal allergies, except it is when a person has a low or no tolerance for chemical such as cleaning products, air pollution, beauty products, fillers in medication and vitmains, and such. I have found that most of the people I know who have pretty bad food sensitivites (not allergies because that is actually when you have anephalxis) they also have enviromental allergies. I feel sick for a couple of days after I get my hair highlight. (but god knows I do it anyway...I can sometimes be vain). Anyway, my suggestion would be to do some research. Often when people have homrone imbalances their immune systems are compromised by the imablance. When this happens your body can be a party for all kinds of infections and microbs that lead to allergies. I have struggled on and off with systemic yeats infections for many many years now. I have learned to manage which in turn makes my allergies much much better but we need to be careful about what we put in and on our bodies. I know I kind of sound like a hippie granola cruncher but I have found that I feel my best when I pay attention to these things: organic, minimally processed, no added chemicals and such. You can't always do it (hence the highlights) but when you can and being mindful makes a difference for me.
