Does anyone know how long it takes for BCP's to "get out of your system"?
And I've heard that some women go through a "honeymoon" period after discontinuing the pill..for example..you might ovulate and have a regular period for a couple months. I haven't taken a BCP in three months and I've only had one period during that time so I'm just curious if anyone has any input..thanks!

Last time I stopped taking my BCP, I had the period at the end of the pack and one more about a month later. I was so excited because I thought my body had regulated itself, until now, 7 months later I still haven't had another... So I would assume they wore off after about a month. I just started on Yasmin.
