I just started selling Avon 2 weeks ago & I was wondering if anyone else on this board sells Avon??? I have questions that im not getting answers from on the Avon website.

I sold avon up until 2 weeks ago when i was finally too fed up with them to continue. their website is very difficult, and the customer service is terrible. they are stuck in the past and need to learn to update their technologies. good luck, i hope you have a better experience than i did. beware of them sending and charging you for items you did not order!!

I agree there service is not up to date.I enjoy the website.As far as items I have never had a problem with getting stuff i didnt order or getting billed for something i didnt order but i do on occassions not get my entire order and alot of stuff is always backordered.

Thank God. Finally someone to answer my question. Ive emailed the Avon people many times & never get an answer. There website is kinda hard to use. Im still trying to figure most of it out. My husband was trying to help me the other day find a way to order some extra books for C-22. He finally found how you do it & without knowing it, ordered me some extra books. Well we later found out that it was considered going back to C-20 and I was charged a late fee along with the processnig fee and the fee for the books. So my total came to $15.35. My question is this. I sent in my C-21 order this last Thursday. What I am wondering is, do I have to pay the bill for the books before they will send me my customers orders???? I was going to wait & pay for it all at once but now im kinda wondering if I have to pay for the books before they will send my shipment of orders. Any information on this would be sooooo very helpful.

You may want to call your district manager to see if she would take off that late fee.I never have a problem with AVON sending my order if I only owe 15-20.00 so I wouldnt think it would be a problem.

im a rep too. I know it can be very frustrating starting out and learning how it all works. It seem like there are so many questions and no where to find the answers. Your Dm should be able to help you out to though. That can be frustarting too. My DM sometomes takes a while (if she even does) to get back to me. Basically Ive been figuring it out on my own. Good Luck
This is so neat. I had no idea there was so many Avon reps on this message board. Im going to call the district manager tomorrow & see if she can help me with the books my husband ordered without knowing he ordered them...lol I will be so happy when I learn how to use the Avon website...lol The leader that signed me up said the website was easy to use, she was very very wrong...lol Thanks again for your help. I dont know what I would have done without you. :-)

My mom sells avon. Has for years she is 3rd in the province for best sales. It gets crazy here when the order comes in. 30 plus some boxes and the phone drives me nuts...
