[size=3][font=courier new][color=blue]If you so, what kind do you take? Do you find it helps with pcos symptoms? I am thinking of starting on a multivitamin and maybe some chlorella. Any thoughts?
I take a Multivitamin, Chromium, & flax seed oil. I have been taking Flax seed oil (liquid form, 1 Tbs/day) for 2 months now. I don't know if it has been a fluke but I have had AF that last 2 months. Hello, I haven't had AF in 5 years. Keep your fingers crossed.
I noticed a huge difference with this regimen plus healthy (lowcarb) eating and exercise. I even got pregnant (a miracle), which meant I had to stop the regimen. I'm just now getting back into all of this, but I take a prenatal instead of a regular multivitamin...
Multivitamin
Alpha Lipoic Acid (Chromium does the same thing - regulate metabolism)
B-50 complex (helped with every single symptom except excess facial hair)
Essential fatty acid complex (flaxseed or royal jelly does the same thing)
Vitamin C
Calcium with Magnesium and Zinc
I say definitely take the B-50! It changed everything for me...

taking flaxseed oil gelcaps, and drinking a chinese herbal beverage sheshe cao, it tastes like tea with honey it can help prevent pimples and rheumatism but if you have high sugar levels its not good for you.

metformin 1000mg 2x a day
I take Woman's One a Day Multi-vitamin, B-complex,calcium,flaxseed oil gel tabs.
And drink 1 cup of green tea everyday.
I've felt so much better since being on my vitamins.
