Default Does hypothyroid cause low post O temps?

Hi girls,
I don't have official hypothyroid, but rather subclinical along with hypoadrenia. I've been tracking my bbt to see if and when I'm ovulating. I don't think I am b/c I don't see a decent temperature shift but thought maybe being hypothyroid could affect this?
I might get a rise of 0.1 deg Celsius, but in the past saw a bigger rise. Like 0.5.
Any ideas/comments? Wondering if it is possible there is an O, but the thyroid and adrenal issues are keeping the temps low...

Are you being treated for hypothyroidism? My doctor told me that because of my hypo, it would make it hard to chart. I did chart for a while on FF and it showed ovulation because of EWCM...not so much because of the temps.

I've also read that even if you have low bbt all the time, there should still be a detectable increase in temps if you ovulate. If you're charting, you'll want to check other things as well as your temp (like CM, OPKs, and cervical position). I wouldn't rely on temps alone.

thank you,
i am not taking prescription meds for thyroid as my tests were normal (a year ago though, perhaps I should repeat). I am taking iodine and tyrosine, herbs and kelp though. My BBT has gone up 0.1 deg Celsius this cycle but it could just be my new thermometer!
I'm learning to track CP, but it is rare for me to see ewcm, watery is the closest I get.
Have you concieved in a low range?
