Question does it matter when i take it?

Are there certain times in the day when I should be taking my MET?

I am on 2000mg/day, so i'm supposed to take 2 pills in the morning and 2 pills at night.

More often than not, I end up taking all 4 pills right before going to bed.
I'm a shift worker, so it's not like I have set times to take them and i constantly forget.
My Dr. said it's fine but i'd still like other opinions.

i've been on for about 9, 10 months now and still no AF

Are you taking regular met, or Gluc XR? If regular, you might want to switch to XR, which is time released into your system over 24 hours. This might be a better option if you're only able to take it once a day. If you're already on XR, then once a day is fine.

My doc said to take all at night that it wouldn't make a difference. I've lost 15lbs and kept it off - I can't gain an ounce no matter how awful I eat. I'm thinking of going back to one at every meal to see if that jump starts the loss again. Good Luck!

PS: I am on generic met!
