For me, it got better but I still get breaks outs..especially right before AF. My Mom has oily skin, so I'm just cursed either way.

Good luck!

I've also noticed that I am breaking out since starting Met. One thing I've managed to escape from PCOS was the bad acne. But I know that Met has definitely caused me to breakout more then I ever did (which still isn't that bad, maybe two or three).

Glad to hear I wasn't the only one. All of sudden I can play pinball on my face with all of the cystic bumps on my face. Now I'm feeling self consious at client meetings because of the bumps on my face

Try not to focus on them. If people sense you are uncomfortable, that will translate to your work, and that darn PCOS doesn't deserve it, the symptoms list is long enough!

Best Wishes!

I do have the cysts from the met, however, since i started on the flutamide a week ago my face is starting to clear up. Flutamide and other androgen blockers stop he production of the excess testosterone PCOS women have, so the skin is not oily anymore. Im already starting to notice a difference in a week!
