There are many cysters here in their 40's who can offer some first person accounts of what pcos is like for them now.
There are some studies that say some of the symptoms diminish, but I haven't seen any that suggest pcos 'goes away' with menopause. (Doen't mean there aren't any out there...I just haven't seen them.)
