Hi Everyone,

So my mom's been reading a book about how progesterone cream can help with pcos symptoms and wants me to give it a try. I'm a thin cyster, and my main problem is pretty significant acne on my cheeks and chin. Lately, my periods have been pretty regular (knock on wood), and I really am just struggling with this persistent acne!!! Does anyone know if NPC will help with this? I've heard mixed results, and am not sure if NPC is supposed to raise or lower testosterone....I definitely don't want to raise it!

Any input would be greatly appreciated!
