Question Does this raise your LH levels????

Sugar..i managed to delete a big long post there. Bugger, here goes again!

Ive just come across an article saying that agnus castus/vitex/chast berry INCREASES lh levels- As many pcos women have elevated lh levels, why have i read so much about some cysters using agnus castus? Do these cysters not have elevated lh levels or was this article wrong?
My lh:fsh levels were 3:1 when taken last month. When i read that agnus castus helps regulate hormones (especially female reproductive hormones) i pounced on a bottle of it and have been taking it for a week. Now i most definetly DO NOT need to raise my lh any further. (my silly little pituitary gland is already doing a good job of that herself)
A bit of background.. im 22, a thin cyster and i get approx 10 periods a year. They are irregular(sometimes early, sometimes late) and i dont think that i ovulate. Now that there is my aim -I WANT TO OVULATE!
I am not taking any prescribed meds..just doing it the natural way to see how far i get. Im taking fish oils, b complex, iron etc., and now agnus castus.
Also im thinking of getting some black cohosh..any thoughts on this one?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I had no luck with the agnus castus /vitex. . .it lengthened my cycle and it was just as anovulatory as beforehand. I tried it for 2 cycles and gave up. I think Ajani had an even worse experience, she stopped having cycles altogether. I am a thin cyster too, and my LH is too high, btw.

I think the black cohosh might be worth a shot, but I haven't researched it myself. I think that is one that you take only pre-O. I'm sure someone else knows more.
