I have been having some serious bloating lately, I have not yet started Spiro as I have been sitting on the perscription until I learn more.
Does it help with bloating???

Spiro has absolutely helped with bloating for me. I never get fluid retenention like I used to. It has a diurrhetic effect.

it does, and helped me alot with excess hair, but I had to come off because of major bleeding, so just watch out for that, it doesnt happen to all, but some ladies get frequent or non-stop bleeds on spiro.

It is a major diuretic. I was taking 200mg and it sucked so much water out of my body that I got constipated. I had to drink more than 8 glasses of water a day and take a fiber pill.
