Does Spiro help my hairloss? After a year on Met and Actos, my hair still kept falling out. Adter pleading with my endo, he prescribed Sprio. I know that a lot of you are on Spiro, so I am asking a bit of advice here: Having read in an article that Sprio can actually CAUSE scalp hairloss, I am freaked out, I cannot afford to lose any more of my hair - as it is, I have to use all kinds of tricks to cover my scalp (usually involves a lot of hairspray and strategically placed strands ...).
What are your experiences? Did Spiro help you grow your hair back? How long did it take to see the first effects? I am desperate to see some improvement, though I do realize that 3 weeks on Spiro is not enough to notice a difference yet. What's the verdict: 2 months? 6 months? A year?
Any input will be greatly appreciated ...
