Default does spiro take the hair away or does it not let new ones come in

does spiro take the hair away that you have or does it just prevent new hairs from coming in am i still going to have this hair or is it going to go away eventually lol......the way my dr was talking and what i was reading im confused!!

I am no expert on this .. but it's my understanding that any meds you take can only prevent (if you're lucky) new hair growth .. .hair that is already there will continue to grow. Based on this I am planning to get laser done once my hormones are in check ... I've had LOTS of laser in the past, but it has never worked because I was not addressing the 'root' of the problem ... hormones!

again this is just my undestanding ....... could be wrong!!

my endo told me to takes 9-12 months to get to maximum result with spiro i do still have 'hair' but it isnt as strong any more
