I just started spiro yesterday, taking 50mg 2xday. Can someone tell me how long it usually takes to see improvement?

Hi lagal23,
I would say a definate "YES" to spiro working. It takes a couple of weeks to see any difference, but if you stick with it it will...although I'm not sure about your dose...mine is double that. My test levels have dropped 20% so far and that was after taking it for 2months. I was off for awhile, but am now back on it and feel so much better...my skin especially. Hope this gives you some hope!
