Question Does timing make a difference?

I'm on 1700mg a day. I take 2 x 850mgs. Normally I take the first one around 11am and the second around 8pm.

I was wondering if it would make a difference to take the first pill at around 8am...that way leaving at least 12 hours between taking each one.

I don't see how it could to be honest but I wondered if anyone else noticed a difference if they left longer periods in between taking it?

Default Time between doses

So there is no particular amount of time in between doses? Has anyone found any amount of time between to be better or worse?

If you click on the FAQ thread: http://www.soulcysters.net/showthread.php?t=48708

Scroll down to question #13. It talks about the dosing aspect.

Met takes about 2 hours to show up in your system and it peaks 4 hours after you take your dose. It is out of your system about 2 hours after that (except at night when insulin doesn’t fluctuate as much). So it is most beneficial to your hormones to take Met about 4 or 5 hours apart during the day to keep from having long periods of unregulated insulin. Most women find it beneficial to take Met with food to quell the side effects too.

Hope it helps.
