Unhappy Does your hair loss get worse during AF?
It seems like I am shedding more than my dogs lately and the only thing different is AF.

Anybody else have this trouble?

I shed in the run up to AF. The rest of the time I am fine. But if AF is late it means more time shedding! This is also the time I gain the most weight if I am not strict with my eating!

YES, DEFINITELY!!! I posted this question about 2 years ago and found that some other cysters experienced this, too. Like Maddy mentioned, it really accelerates just before AF. It's shocking and scary how much more I lose, because I am losing too much anyway!

My hair is white and between me and my white cat, Snowy, I never know who is shedding more!
