Question Don't want to eat at all

I have only been back on met for 2 days. 1000 mg a day.
I am not having too man stomach problems. A tiny bit of rumbling but nothing bad.
Anyway today I honestly dont want to eat.
Now after eating from sun up to sun down every day I guess thats not so bad.
But I literally dont want anything.
When I try to eat its like I am choking it down.
I know that I have to eat.
What are some foods that I may be able to get down easier and what else can I do?

Thanks!

I am the same way but not every day, it seems to come and go

when I feel this way I can only eat a few bites b/c I feel sick,
thats with any kind of food. I hate feeling this way but a plus about
it is that I lost alot of weight

Since I truly dont want to eat how much do I need to make sure I am eating to make sure I get enough calories etc.
It does seem almost funny to be worried about this! LOL!
I was thinking maybe soup? or fruit.. something cold? I dont know...

I'm like that too. I started taking it Wednesday night and all day Thursday was starving and felt icky. Friday I hardly ate anything, I didn't feel hungry and today is the same. I've been trying to eat low carb too.

I was like that for a few weeks when I first started just the smell of food was a turnoff. I didn't eat much during that time...I just choked down what I could. It went away thankfully. Sorry not much help, but good luck hope it gets better soon. and do make sure you eat something and def. keep up with hydration!

I go through this off and on... One week I'll feel like eating everything, the next week I don't want anything at all. It should pass and you'll feel better soon!

Same way here. I am fairly new to taking met, not even through my first prescription. But I have noticed I am having a much harder time wanting to eat. It's great in my opinion, but at the same time, I have to remind myself
"its lunch time!" because otherwise, I dont even think to take it.
I have spaced out my eating to be at 9am, 1-1:30pm, and 5:30-6:00pm.
Small snacks inbetween if I am feeling the need but it's hard.
I have also been super thirsty! But I was before so I dont know if thats really a s/e.

I didn't even think of this until I just read this post. I'm only on my third day of met, but I have not been hungry, I've just been forcing myself to eat somethings, but its like I don't even want it. Since I started the low glycemic index diet three months ago, I would be hungry every three-four hours, so I knew that this was weird, but I just thought I was getting sick.

Its just hard because I have been taking the met with food to help with GI s/e, but I don't even want to! I hope that in two weeks or so, I feel better, both with my appetite and with the GI stuff. Especially since my wedding is in four weeks. I don't want to feel like this then...
