To be honest, if you can't have BCP's (and there are some which seem to help women with PCOS), and I would assume that means you couldn't have any other sort of hormonal contraception (such as provera - the injection) AND you DEFINITELY do not want children, then what about considering a vasectomy for DH or sterilisation for you? That would be a permanent and definite solution, if a bit drastic.
Of course such as permanet solution is not to be undertaken lightly, but then I don't for one minute think that your decision not to have any children has been taken lightly and, IMHO, is one of the most unselfish acts I have heard of considering your situation with the hereditary conditions.
Good luck and I hope you find a solution which will work for you - not to matter have a fantastic wedding and a long and happy marriage.
