Question Dong Quai

I started Dong Quai about a week or so ago. I'm taking 500 mg and 1000 mg of Vitex. I noticed I started to spot on Sunday and spotted until yesterday. Is this normal? I never really bled? Anyone else have this problem?

Also I have been extremely tired and feel a little pain occasionally in my ovaries since I started it. Is that something that will go away? I'm not sure the Dong Quai is responsible for my tiredness but I think it is because before this I was really energetic especially since I started taking Siberian Ginseng but now that doesn't even help...I just want to sleep all day!

Can anybody please help shed some light on this!? I really don't want to stop Dong Quai unless I have to!

Thanks in advance,

cp
