Also... what are some other herbs that can make a person O?
thanks in advance

Dong Quai is inadvisable to take if you are pregnant, same goes for vitex. That is why you should only take it until ovulation. These herbs may help you ovulate and you might have a better idea of when that is by checking cm and charting your BBT which can be done for free at www.babymed.com and www.fertilityfriend.com. Also, I read your signature line, and please don't lose hope yet. I have been TTC for 3+ years and many of the girls here have been trying for 6, 8, and 15, and eventually go on to get pregnant. I'm just trying to offer you some encouragement. Baby dust to you. You can do this. This is the place to be! Keep reading for other natural ideas like Soy Isoflavones. They are said to be a natural clomid alternative and many have had success.

I have thought of trying herbs myself and did lots of research. One thing I did read was that don quai should not be taken if you are menstruating....and also not if you are taking baby aspirin...as it is a blood thinner. I got this info and other info on the website...www.onna.org.

I have not used the herbs I bought yet...have to ask the doc because of other meds...but I am trying to start. I wish you the best.
