Hi..
I'm currently taking the GNC brand of Vitex and Dong Quai and also a B complex vitamin.
1000 mg of Vitex
550 mg of Dong Quai
50 mg of B complex

I'm following the dosage on the package but it seems that my dosages are a little low compared to what others are taking.

So.. .what supplements are you taking? How many milligrams a day? And please let me know if you are taking the reccomended dosage or more/less.

Of those you mentioned, I am only taking vitex. I started out on 800mg (2 capsules) daily on CD 46 of an 81 day cycle. I ovulated on CD 70. The following cycle I increased to 1600mg daily and ovulated on CD 30.

I am currently taking Black Cohosh 360 mg 3 times daily, so 1080 mg total daily and I am also taking St. John's Wart 300 mg 3 times daily so 900 mg total for that. I am planning on starting Vitex and Dong Quai Monday (the 31st). I was told that all these are supposed to work wonders together. I hope that they do!!!!!
