i'm sure there's a thread on this already but i'm too lazy to look for it (can i blame pcos for that?!).
what do you think about taking 1000mg of XR all at once, right in the middle of dinner?

from what i've read it seems more efficient spacing out doses during the day, but since it's extended i wondered if it would be harmful having the 1000 at night and later down the track adding another 500 at breakfast.

If you're taking the XR then that is fine because it last for 24 hours.

wants a baby

I am on the extended release formula of met 1500mgs daily and my Dr. told me to take it all at once. It seems to be working out well for me so I say give it a try.
