Hi everyone

I have just started my 1st IVF cycle and am on Buserilin injections daily for down regulation. Its now 5 weeks since starting the injections and my lining is still thick. From the information booklet I got from the hospital it says that it roughly takes from 2 to 3 weeks to respond and can occasionally take up to 5 weeks. I am now on my 6th week, gone to hospital twice now for pre stimulation scans and both have revealed a thick lining. My doc upped my does of Buserilin to 1.0 ml rather than the normal 0.5 ml. But still no response. I have to continue with 1 ml until my next visit on the 7th of June 02. I'm really worried as I'm not responding at all. I just want to hear of something similar happening with anyone else and how long it took for others to respond. It would put my mind at ease.

I'm sorry that I'm unable to offer any advice .. i just didn't want you to think no one was out here

Have you posted this on the TTC board? I know there are some women there going through IVF.
