I don't know anything about this doctor but while browsing thru looking for a doctor for my neice tonight I ran across this page.

I don't know if I would put too much into what was said as this seems to be only one person rating this doc.

I don't know how far you live from Duke but if things don't work out for you where you are going I have found a very nice RE at Duke that I see. Just email me and let me know if you want the information.

I am new to the area. I just moved to Durham from Tx and am attending Duke. I would love to know the name of you dr and do you ever attend the monthly support meetings?

I have 2 doctors that I see at Duke.

Dr. Ann Brown is an Endocrinologist who deals with PCOS patients and I liked her very much!!

Her number is (919)668-7630 or (919) 684-5002

If you are ttc then the Reproductive Endocrinologist I see is Dr. Grace Couchman. She is also at Duke and her # is (919) 684-5327


I really liked both of these doctors. I looked long and hard for a doctor who was compassionate and caring. I have been through a long list of doctors who have just blamed everything on that fact that I am overweight. (and I have cried a lot at doctors offices) These to doctors are very compassionate and they are very knowledgeable about PCOS.

I hope that helps you. Dr. Brown can be hard to get a quick appt with (I had to wait about 4 months) but it is worth the wait. Dr. Couchman is a little easier to get an appt with.

I don't attend monthly support meetings.
