Hi ladies,
Have any of you seen Dr. Glueck in Cincinnati, OH? I have an appt on Tuesday and I am wondering what to expect.
If you have seen him: Another question- my insurance company says he is "in network" and I got a referral from my primary care physician. Do you think the PCOS work up will be covered??

OMG. You are so lucky. He is an expert in PCOS. I don't live in OH, but have read many of his studies on the use of Metformin during pregnancy. I even emailed him early on in my pg. Did you go to him? What was he like?

Yup, I got to see him. He discovered that I have 2 clotting disorders and finally gave me my PCOS diagnosis. He put me on Glucophage (he believes that Glucophage is the way to go rather than the generic Metformin). The Glucophage has been making me really sick so I am trying to get a hold of him to see if I can try the XR version.
He was very through, had me talk to him dietician and they put me on an IR diet.
If there is anyway for you to come see him I would recommend it!

Hey ladies
I have also seen dr glueck. he is awesome. i am on met850 three timesa day also.
i also get sick. i quit taking them because of it but i am just starting back on them. last week i took 1 before bed and this week i am taking one in the morning and one at night. next week i am starting the 3 a day. so far i am doing better each day. since we are seeing the same dr and the same meds if you would like to email me peronally (or anyone) it is yyyaaaa23@yahoo.com. i would love to hear how you are doing. and maybe we could encourage each other until we get through the sickness  ang

also i forgot. he was in network for my insurance also and it was covered 100% which was a nice added bonus.
