Dr. Janet Matuszek, Misosuri

Has anyone had experience with this dr? I was given her name from my endo. I tried to get appt. w/ her, but she don't have any openings until after Feb. I'm in pain from cysts and prob. need an ultrasound soon to see how bad they are. They scheduled me for one of the NP's. I didn't really want to do that, but I'm past due for my annual and really need to get in to get the u/s ordered.

Can anyone tell me about this office?

I go to Janet. She's great. It does take a bit to get worked into the schedule. My GP scheduled my u/s while I waited to get in to see Janet. My GP also uses her. I use the u/s department at Des Peres Hospital.

I'm actually off to see her right now.

If you can't get into the St. John's office, see about her St. Peter's office...sometimes you can get in faster at one than the other.

oh and to my surprise yesterday when I got to St. Johns...her office is now at St. Luke's.

Thanks for the input! I went to the St. Peters office, it's like 5miles from my house. I saw a the np Angelia. She was real nice and helpful. I was quite suprised on how much she knew about pcos. I've got an appt. w/ Janet soon and you've helped put my mind at ease a little.

I'm just a little worried about the office staff now. After seeing the np, she scheduled me for an u/s and a follow up w/ the doc. A week later, I got a positive hpt. I called them and informed them of everything and they said they would keep the u/s the same and use it for a maternity one too. Then just yesterday, a nurse called and tried to get me to cancel my u/s and told me that the positive hpt wasn't marked in my chart from when I called a few weeks ago. But I'm still going to get the doc. a chance. She's gotta be better than my last one.
