I'm not sure where exactly Fairmont is, but would it be possible for you to get to Cincinnati, Ohio? If so, I highly recommend Dr. Charles J. Glueck, who is the country's leading PCOS doctor and researcher. He is an endocrinologist and is accustomed to developing treatment plans for patients who live at a distance and may not be able to come to his office every two-three months.

i know what you mean... it's a couple of hours for me when I'm in Ohio, more when I'm im in MA, where I am most of the time now. I don't know of anyone in West Virginia... my recommendation would be to ask doctors in the area for names of good endocrinologists or reproductive endocrinologists with a lot of experience with metabolic conditions.
