Default Dr in San Diego

Anyone know of a good OB/GYN in San Diego that is knowledgeable in PCOS? I recently had a miscarriage, and don't feel that my doctors has a lot of experience in PCOS...will TTC again soon and want someone that this a little more willing to listen to me.

What insurance do you have?
I am with Kaiser and I see Dr. Yoo at the fertility clinic in point loma...
I have also heard a lot of good things about R. Jeffrey Chang, M.D. at UCSD

I have Blue Cross HMO, I thought I read/heard that Dr Change wouldn't take unless you TTC for over a year...but maybe I am wrong...

Maybe I don't understand what RE (my understanding is the Dr Chang is a RE) does, but with met I concieved, so my bigger worry is making sure that I am able to sustain the pregnancy next time since I recently miscarried. This is why I am looking for a OBGYN that is knowledgeable in PCOS. I asked my doctor is she would test my progesterone next time I was pg, and she said that "she doesn't do that".
So I am looking for a OB that will understand how PCOS and pregnancy work (or don't work) together.
In the meantime I'll do some more research into Dr Chang though...

Did you find out any information? I have an appt with an RE doc at Scripps who also is very knowledgeable about PCOS. Or so I'm told! Does anyone have any info on Dr. Rakoff here in SD?
