Dr in San Diego, CA Area - OB & GYN Hi all, I just changed to a new Dr in San Diego because my old OBGYN was refusing me Clomid for over a year. My coworker suggested her Dr. He is awesome. Hi sis super friendly and approachable. I met with him once, explained my situation and my PCOS diagnosis with Secondary amenorrhea. I told him that we had been trying for 3 years and still no BFP, but that I don’t get my periods and all of that. Anyways, I met with him on Monday. Had my annual exam and he did an ultrasound on my ovaries (which is normal for me since they always want to see all of the cysts). He Rx’d me Clomid, Estradiol and Progesterone in a combination to help me out. Anyways, if you are looking to conceive or just need a PCOS friendly GYN you should check him out. FYI, if you are not trying to conceive my other Dr was a really good GYN. She just wasnt the best for fertility issues.
I have seen two different DR's in San Diego that are PCOS friendly. Dr Tajran is a good GYNO... if you are going to be wanting treatment for infertility see Dr Musinski instead since Dr Tajran was not that helpful for me once I started trying to conceive, but she was a good Dr.
