Specifically I am looking for a doctor who concentrates on PCOS, not fertility issues. Basically a good endocrinologist in the Sarasota/Bradenton, FL area.

I was diagnosed with PCOS when I was 15 (11 years ago), but as a teen and young adult I became lazy about treatment and going to the doctor, and for the most part my symptoms dissipated.

I had a child 6 months ago, and had no problems conceiving, but since then I can tell my horomones are extremely off and many of the ucky symptoms are back, and are much more severe than I had previously experienced them.

I'm willing to travel to Tampa, Orlando, Ft. Myers, whatever, and I don't care about what insurance they take. I just want a GOOD doctor for my PCOS.

ANY HELP IS GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!

You can try Dr. Ruth Dyal obgyn (sarasota). She's not an expert on pco, but will put you on metformin. you're better off trying to find a good endo. Try Dr. Motaz Agabani ( in sarasota). Hope this helps.
