Just wanting to know if any thin cysters have been to Dr Kidson.
I am not overweight in the least. My father has Type II diabetes. I want to conceive but don't even have a period. From what i've heard Dr Kidson is adamant about weight loss but where does that leave me? I have sent my referral off to book him and would love to see him. We be very keen to hear any thin cyster stories....

Thanks for your reply. I'm actually really excited to go and see him. I've been TTC for a year with no meds so it will be good to go see him. I just read some of your posts and you said you got pregnant after Met for 4 months. Can I ask - why did he give you Met? Are you IR?

I was borderline IR so he put me on Met XR in April this year. The XR version is great because the side effects are far less than the regular version. I think he puts everyone on XR. Anyway, I was on 2000mg a day and got pg in August without trying. I lost some weight which also helped and baby boy is due in April next year.
