Hey i was wondering if any of you belive dreams have a meaning. Im asking bc last night i had a dream that i POAS and it came out positive all the sudden i was 8 mo pg. one of my friends in the drea (just happends to be a girl on here TTC) is running off to the hospital to give birth. soon after her leaving i then get a feeling like i should be giving birth also. During the dream i did go to the drs office and they had me watch this 15 year old girls US of her baby, and i had to waite hrs just to see a dr.

in another dream i had a few weeks ago, i was pg with 2 sets of trips, yes 6 babies at one time, and i gave birth to them (all boys) and named all of them...

Well, I believe dreams have everything to do with what we long or hope for, or what we worry about, or were thinking about during the day, or are about "nothing." Our brains having fun and processing information, and our souls at play. I don't think they're predictive in a direct sense. Pretty clear that this is a big deal in your life right now, and of course you'd dream about it.

I've had those baby dreams all through my life. They are usually really nice, though sometimes, I had worry ones, like I couldn't take care of a baby. I've had a couple of those dreams about twins too! Some of the most fun ones are where I get to go shopping to get ready for a baby and I have very very specific dreams about the things I would pick out. I've also had many many repeat dreams about a specific child, the way the child looks, the name, etc. I'm so glad none of these have been nightmares. So glad they've always been happy.

I agree. Dreams can mean a million different things. They can be prophetic, purely fiction, a jumble of things that happened that day/week, etc.

I always try to enjoy the ones that are representative of my dreams in life. sometimes they fade away so quickly during the day even though you feel like you can never forget the good ones. Always write them down to be enjoyed later!
