Default dropped and lost pill-need advice

My new pkg of pills began on Sunday. Well on Monday night I dropped my pill and was unable to find it. So I just took Tuesdays. Now I am obviously a day ahead. Will this totally mess up everything? Am I at risk for getting pg? Please advise! Thanks.

It's simple; you should always have an extra pack on hand anyway, so get your doctor to call your pharmacy so you can get an extra pack, and then just use one of those to fill in the extra day. If you're on a monophasic pill (only one kind of active pill plus placebos) you can take any active pill to fill in; if you're on something like Ortho-Tri, with the different hormone levels, you just have to make sure to take the correct one. It's not like you actually missed any pills, you just need an extra one for that 21st day of your pack.

Call your doctor! They deal with this stuff *all the time*.

Tried Ortho-Tri, terrible terrible. Mircette saved my life. Then tried Yasmin which was OK but had some side effects.

Now I'm back on Kariva (generic Mircette) with a low dose of Spiro. Ten bucks a month and I'm in a deliciously good mood.

I took that quiz and I'm Curry Flavored, how cool is that?

What I would do is just take the next days pill and then at the end of the cycle when you take the placebos just start your next pack a day late. The placebos are usually just sugar pills and one extra day in your cycle can't hurt to much.
